A hidden gem in the central region of the Land of Thunder Dragons, this dzongkhang is also famed for its ethnic mix, indigenous cultures, and bountiful nature.

While touring around Tsirang, you would surely come across the Lhotshampas local who mostly speak Nepali. Mixing with these locals, you can also explore more about their daily lives, their religious practices, lifestyle, and much more.

Tsirang is among few those Bhutanese regions that doesn’t have any protected areas. Adding to all these, the mighty Punatsang River (or Sankosh River); one of the largest rivers in Bhutan, flowing through this region adds more to the charm and appeal of Tsirang.
