Itinerary
Our representative welcomes you warmly in Delhi on this first day of your trip. Transfers from the hotel/ home/ airport or railway station in Delhi will be arranged for and you will set out on a road trip to Haridwar. Take in the views of mountains bounding the roads, rivers trudging alongside and the roads cutting through thick forestlands as you make your way to one of the holiest towns in India.
Upon arrival in the hallowed town of Haridwar, you will be escorted to your hotel. After you have checked-in, move out to visit the Mansa Devi Temple and Har ki Pauri. Perched high on the Bilwa Parwat, the temple is dedicated to Goddess Mansa Devi. She is believed to have emerged from Lord Shiva’s mind and is a form of shakti or strength.
Har ki Pauri is Haridwar’s most revered ghat set on the banks of River Ganga. The evening rituals are mesmerising and devotees here have a dip in the water as it is said that it cuts the vicious circle of life and death and helps attain enlightenment or moksha. It is also said to be the exact spot where the waters of sacred Ganges enter the plains from the mountains.

The second day of this tour needs you to make an early start with a heavy breakfast at the hotel in Haridwar. Then, check out from the hotel and hop in the car to drive to Barkot. This holy hill town caters to the needs of all, be it nature lovers, spirituality seeks or even adventure enthusiasts.
En-route, you will be passing via the queen of hills- Mussoorie. The town is dotted with petite colonial houses, giant mountain ranges and thick forestlands overlooking the Doon valley. Make a quick halt to visit the Mussoorie Lake and Kempty falls. The lake is an emerald beauty which is an ideal spot for boating and bird watching. At Kempty falls, you can witness the milky waters cascading from a massive height. It forms a pool below where people can jump in and have a fun time.

On this day you will yet again start your day early and have a filling breakfast. Meet our representative then who will arrange the transfers from the hotel to Jankichatti or Phoolchatti. This is the starting point of the trek to Yamunotri. There is also an option to ride the palanquin if you are not comfortable trekking.
Once you make it to the top, take a quick bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warm water. There are many more thermal springs that flow into different pools, however, the most significant one is the Surya Kund. The natural thermal waters have skin healing properties and also cleanse you spiritually.
Then pray your respects at the Divya Shila which is a rock pillar and finally head to the temple. The ancient temple of Yamunotri is built at the origin point of the majestic and hallowed River Yamuna. After the rituals at the temple, head back to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti and from there, transfers to the hotel will be arranged for.

This day of your trip starts with a filling breakfast at the hotel in Barkot followed by checking out from the hotel. Meet our representative then and start driving down to the mystic town of Uttarkashi. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and head out for some sightseeing.
Visit the popular Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this religious establishment was built in the 18th century where the shivling is 56 centimetres tall. Then, also head to the Shakti temple that is situated in front of the Kashi Vishwanath temple. The main attraction here is a 26- foot-long Trident. It is said that the Hindu Goddess Durga used this to kill demons.
After a fun day, head to the hotel in Uttarkashi to spend the overnight.

In order to do that, take the same route and reach Gangotri via trekking. From there, you can drive up to Uttarkashi.
Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, enjoy some local food and spend the night resting at the hotel room in Uttarkashi.

Before heading to the hotel, visit its most famous temple- the Ardh Narishwar temple. It is located on a small mountain top and is an ancient temple. It is easily accessible by road and stairs. The idol is a unique one with half body of a man and half of a woman. It is worshipped as a form of Shiva along with Goddess Parvati.

Situated on the slopes of the two majestic rivers – Alaknanda and Dhauliganga, today you will be visiting the picturesque town of Rudraprayag.
