Upon arrival in Bhojwassa, camp near the riverside. The evening is free to explore and you can see the nearby areas. Do not miss out the sunset on Bhagirathi group of peaks. Rest the night at the campsite in Bhojbasa.

On the third day, you will literally wake up in natures lap where the river flows on one end and the sun rises over Bhagirathi group of peaks. Have a healthy breakfast and brace yourself for a long day with physical activity ahead.

Start the amazing trek to Gaumukh. It is the source of the Ganges where you can see the water of Ganga trickling down from the glaciers. The site is held in high esteem by the devotees and if you have the nerve, take a holy dip in the bone chilling icy water.

In the evening, trek back to the base camp in Bhojbasa and spend the night there.

After a hectic previous day, today you will be packing up at the campsite today, grabbing some lip-smacking breakfast and start your journey back to Uttarkashi.

Take the same route and reach Gangotri via trekking. From there, you can drive up to Uttarkashi. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, enjoy some local food and spend the night resting at the hotel room in Uttarkashi.
