Haridwar welcomes you wholeheartedly. Feel bliss arriving to one of the seven most holy places for Hindus in India. On the first day, our representative will greet you and you will commence your journey to Barkot. This holy hill town caters to the needs of all, be it nature lovers, spirituality seeks or even adventure enthusiasts. It is a town almost untouched by commercialisation.
En-route, you will be passing via the queen of hills- Mussoorie. Once the British summer capital, this town is dotted with little colonial houses, giant mountain ranges and thick forestlands overlooking the Doon valley.
Visit the Mussoorie Lake and Kempty falls. The lake is an emerald beauty where you can enjoy the stillness in the laps of nature. The Kempty falls on another hand is a picnic spot buzzing with tourists and small trinket shops. It offers a stunning view of a giant waterfall cascading from a great height.
Continue your journey to Barkot after sightseeing. As soon as you arrive, check in at the hotel and spend a comfortable overnight here.
On this day, start your day early again and have a filling breakfast. Meet our representative who will arrange the transfers to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti. This is the starting point of the trek to Yamunotri. transfers to the Yamunotri. It is only a 6 km trek and hence, can easily be covered on foot. If you wish, you can also choose to ride the palanquin. Before you make it to the temple, take a quick bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warm water. There are many more thermal springs that flow into different pools and the most significant one is the Surya Kund.
Then pray your respects at the Divya Shila and finally head to the temple. The ancient temple of Yamunotri is built at the origin point of the majestic and hallowed River Yamuna. After the rituals at the temple, head back to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti and from there, transfers to the hotel will be arranged for.

Continue your travel to Uttarkashi and upon arrival, check in and get ready to explore the nearby places. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the Shakti temple that is adjacent to it. Kashi temple is also known as the Golden Temple and was constructed in the year 1780. The idol at this temple is also a jyotirlinga. See the huge Trishul or Trident at the Shakti temple and return to your hotel in the evening.

The first halt will be at the Garam Kund. Take a quick dip that will wash away all your sins and also bodily ailments. Then, continue your drive to Gangotri via the beautiful Harsil Valley. It is known as mini Switzerland and for all the right reasons. It is unspoilt and very tranquil.
On arrival at Shree Gangotri, you will again take a quick dip in the sacred river Ganges. Only then can you visit the ancient 18th century Gangotri Temple. It is said that the temple stands on the same site
where Lord Shiva drew the river from the lock of his hair. Make sure you are carrying warm clothes as the weather is unpredictable at such an altitude.
Spend the evening exploring the nearby surroundings on foot and head back to Uttarkashi to spend the night peacefully.
