After today’s breakfast, you will be starting with a trek through the dense and scenic rhododendron forest of Uttarey Valley. The entire 4-5 hours trek is filled wonders like wild orchids, colourful birds, Kagyud Monastery, MangheemThegu, Sheprasettlements, LamineyPokhari and amazing views of the nearby peaks; overnight stay will be in a camp.

Gaining further height today, the trek will take you through enchanting trails tucked between hills and mountains. During the entire trek, the fascinating views of the Mt. Kanchendzonga, the rich flora and fauna of Sikkim, several herbal plants and the flourishing rhododendron forests will offer you a memorable experience. With the completion of the trek and your arrival in Kalijhar, the day will end in a beautiful campsite, where you can stay overnight.

Today, you will be waking up early in the morning; say around 3.00-4.00 a.m. to enjoy the enchanting sunrise views over the fascinating Mt. Kanchendzonga. Post this, during the day, start trekking towards the PhokteyDarna and hiking through the gorgeous rhododendron forests, reach the beautiful Danra Valley; the destination for the day. During the trek, you can enjoy remarkable views of the Mt. Everest, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lutsey and the distant Dhaulagire Range of Nepal.

Another delightful trek today, and you will reach DeoningaliDhap. The hike for the day will take you through dense thickets of conifers and flamboyant rhododendrons; the panoramic views of the Kanchendzonga Range will be the reward for the day. Overnight stay will be arranged in a campsite in DeoningaliDhap.

Today, or during the last day of this colourful and exciting Rhododendron Trek in Sikkim, you will be trekking to Barsey, which is the home to one of the most beautiful camps in Sikkim. The remarkable views of the Kanchendzonga Range from the campsite and the bountiful rhododendrons around will make your last day memorable; overnight stay in a campsite.
